How do you get over a fever really quickly?

I have stuff to do in the next few days, so I really need to get over my fever. Help!

Lots of rest and fluids, and taking ibuprofen or tylenol as directed on the bottle. Feel better.

Ice can break your fever....worked for me

put on alot of clothes, drink alot fluids hot fluids like soup and, rest lots of sleep (sleeping pills will do, nyquil)-two days and its gone and don't forget to eat lots of healthy food

take some cotton cloth and wet Ice or cold water for some time then break your fever..also use lemon in green tee.
